1. What is Format Painter? When do you think Format Painter is
useful in Excel?
Ans: The format painter helps you to copy
all the formatting from one object and add it to another. Think of it as a
formatting copy and paste. Pick the text or graphic you want to copy that
includes the formatting. Note: Pick a section of a paragraph if you want to
copy the formatted text.
2. Explain different preset styles available in Excel.

Then, to change the width of the chosen
column or columns, press and drag either right or left.
Select the rows to adjust in order to
manually adjust the height of the rows.

headings of the list, or under the headings of the chosen row or row.

To AutoFit the column width, pick the
columns to be changed.
